Cradle-to-Career Leadership
During our six-month leadership programme, headteachers and trust leaders work through a guided process to explore their organisation’s potential as a regenerative community institution; develop a vision for their own ‘cradle to career’ models; and, establish a purpose-driven network of peers.
This programme is for any headteacher and/or trust leader interested in developing a ‘cradle to career’ model of support for children and families in their community.
Typically, school and trust leaders operating in the same locality participate as a team of leaders.

Key dates
Our Cradle-to-Career Leadership Programme is delivered around three in-person conferences held in October, November and February. Full details of these can be found below.
In between each conference, participating leaders complete activities to support the development of their own ‘cradle to career’ models—supported by coaching calls with executive leaders from The Reach Foundation.
Conference #1
Aims:
To explore the rationale behind the ‘cradle to career’ approach;
To discover the potential of place-based ‘cradle to career’ models grounded in great schools.
Conference #2
Aims:
To reflect on participant leaders’ initial ‘cradle to career’ discovery;
To learn from Cradle-to-Career Partners about their experiences establishing place-based models in their own communities
Conference #3
Aims:
To reflect on the ‘cradle to career’ discovery process;
To refine participant leaders’ public narratives around the need for taking a ‘cradle to career’ approach;
To support participant leaders in determining key priorities to advance the development of ‘cradle to career’ models.

Our six-month Cradle-to-Career Leadership Programme costs £2,000 for up to 3 participating leaders. This includes:
3 x in-person conference days;
3 x virtual coaching sessions; plus
